The Swing

Brand new, well laid out (with a mezzanine) and fully equipped, The Swing offers you a view over the surrounding countryside. From its private terrace, in the shade of an old apple tree, you will be visited by a multitude of birds: finches, wagtails, nuthatches, goldfinches and many more. You will also be visited by the horses grazing in the neighbouring pasture. After this moment of contemplation, you can play ball, football, volleyball or badminton in the private garden, or simply relax on the deckchairs.

Options must be booked at least 1 week before the start of the stay and are payable on site.

Conditions

  • Minimum booking of 2 nights.
  • Cleaning fee (mandatory): 70 €
  • Tourist tax: 1% of the rental amount (excluding cleaning fee).
  • Security deposit: 500€
  • The cottage is available
    • from 4pm on the day of arrival
    • and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Important information

  • Bed linen and tea towels are provided.
  • Bath towels are not provided.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the cottages.
  • Electric vehicles cannot be charged on site. Charging points are available at the golf course car park and at the Leclerc supermarket.
  • Parking on the lawns is not allowed.
  • Please do not throw anything into the toilets.
